Return and Refund
A refund request must be made within 14 days after you receive your order.
We accept refund requests for any of the following reasons:
Expired Products;
Broken Products;
The products do not match the description on the Site.
Refund does not apply to the following products:
Opened packages;
Discounted/Sales Items.
You can return your product by post using the following step:
- Pack your goods and attach a return label
- Pay and post at the nearest post office
We recommend that you use recorded mail to send the goods back to us, as if the goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you or not refund the amount caused by the loss or damage.
When receiving your returned package, we will reimburse you for all payments we received from you in accordance with the order, including shipping costs, but please note that the law allows us to reduce your reimbursement costs to reduce the refund due to processing The value of the goods caused by the loss of value. Therefore, if you send it back to us by record mail, we can only refund the cheapest shipping type compensation.
Taking the earlier one, we will refund you without undue delay within 14 days after receiving your returned package or the proof of returned goods provided.
