The rice dumpling is served frozen. Individually vacuum packed.
During transit, foods are packed in thermal controlled pouches and ice packs to maintain chilled temperatures.

Rice dumpling ingredients: belly pork, chestnut, dried shrimp, Chinese mushrooms, salted duck egg yolk, glutinous rice, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, Chinese wine, shallots, garlic, black eye beans, five spice powder, Gui Hua Rou, Lap Cheong.
